Position: Agriculture Content Creation Intern

Job Type: Internship, Part-time, 20-25 hours/week

Location: United Arab Emirates

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Dubai

Duration: June-September 2025

· Support on nutrition and food sustainability- related policies and regulations

· Develop and implement educational programs around nutrition and food sustainability

· Drive key dialogues around key nutrition and food security topics with report generation

Responsibilities

Content Development:

Contribute to drafting and refining the theoretical content around agricultural practices (e.g., key messages, visuals, session outlines)

Assist in designing the practical components (hands-on activities, classroom exercises, student worksheets)

Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy

Consolidate and integrate feedback from different stakeholders

Educational Tailoring

Work with the program’s educational expert to adapt content to secondary school students.

Review and revise materials to align with UAE curriculum relevance and age-appropriateness

Food Safety Integration

Support the integration of food safety principles within each module in collaboration with food systems experts

Qualifications

Background in agriculture, environmental science, sustainability, or related fields.

Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Interest in curriculum development and youth engagement

Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment
