Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Specialist. The Admissions Specialist will guide prospective clients through the admissions process, provide clear and empathetic communication regarding available services, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting assessments, assisting with enrollment, and maintaining accurate client records.

Salary range of 50-60,000$ annual

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Admissions
• Background in addiction treatment/mental health or related fields
• Proficient with technology for communication and data management
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of mental health and SUD treatment
