We're seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused Admissions & Registration Specialist. As a cornerstone of our Enrollment Services team, you will serve as the gateway for bright learners from every demographic to access world-class academic programs. What You'll Do:

• Execute and manage the end-to-end admissions process, including reviewing prerequisites and test scores to determine program eligibility.
• Coordinate all registration functions—from initial enrollment and course transfers to managing third-party group registrations.
• Maintain and update comprehensive records within our Information System (SIS), handling sensitive demographic and academic data with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Act as a lead tester for SIS enhancements and collaborate with HR and Academic teams to manage course quotas and site information

What You'll Need To Apply:

• High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of administrative or academic-related experience.
• Experience specifically in higher education registration, financial aid, or academic records management.
• Bi-lingual skills are highly valued to better serve our international and diverse communities.
• Familiarity with K-12 standardized testing and federal/state privacy laws (such as FERPA).

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote role for candidate able to work EST hours
• Pay is $25/hr.
• Contract role for 2-3 months.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 4:30pm weekly schedule
