What You’ll Do
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedule high-level meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams
- Lead and coordinate operational and cross-functional projects
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and key performance metrics
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely project execution
- Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements
- Assist with budget tracking and vendor relationship management
- Maintain documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator role
- Experience within nonprofit, mission-driven, accounting, finance, or professional services environments preferred
- Prior staff management experience required
- Demonstrated project management experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Proven experience building and managing workflow systems
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
