Key Objectives
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams within Mayo Behavioral Health.
- Coordinate office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff, clients, and external partners.
- Support the implementation of wellness and fitness programs through accurate record-keeping and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office activities including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to client information, appointments, and program logistics.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring all resources and materials are prepared.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking in collaboration with the finance department.
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling or database software.

Qualifications
