We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with data entry, reports, and correspondence.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate internal communications and support office workflow.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and staff documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
