Zahr Freighters is seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Assistant to support our administrative operations at our Dubai office. As a growing leader in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, we rely on skilled professionals who can ensure smooth internal coordination and provide essential support to various departments.
The Admin Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day office functions, handling clerical tasks, managing internal communications, and assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, organizing files, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and supporting HR and finance teams with routine tasks. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask will be key in maintaining efficiency within the workplace.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office support role, strong command of MS Office applications, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
