What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Set up new vendors in NetSuite and Blue Cherry systems
• Review P card receipts in the CAR system to ensure accuracy
• Assist with the preparation of 1099 forms
• Reconcile vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies
• Cross-train to provide coverage for team members when out of the office

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to avoiding AP issues
• Prior accounts payable experience in a fast-paced office setting
• Experience in the wholesale/retail apparel industry is a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines for payment processes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Blue Cherry, and Concur invoice & expense systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
