Job Description:

TopAlliance Biosciences is an innovation-driven biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery and development of innovative drugs, groundbreaking clinical research, and commercialization on a global scale. The Accounting Assistant handles general office tasks and accounting duties, such as data entry, bookkeeping, etc. This position is based in Rockville, Maryland.

Duties:

• File and organize invoices within the system
• Reconcile credit card transactions and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with senior accountant across departments to support accounting functions
• Support quoting and contracting services and help with the payment process
• Help admin with ordering, bookkeeping and reimbursement procedures
• Support the accounting team using QuickBooks, Bill.com and SAP
• Support auditing documents from the parent company, Junshi Biosciences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and 1+ year experience in an accounting-related field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and completing tasks
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and working in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in the biotech/biopharmaceutical industry
• Fluency in English/Mandarin is strongly preferred
