What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule clients with Behavior Specialists within ten business days
• Manage staffing for authorized hours, ensuring clients are scheduled for a minimum of five hours within the first two weeks of treatment
• Assign substitute sessions for same-day cancellations and vacations
• Communicate staffing needs to the recruiting team and remain in constant communication with the Regional Director
• Conduct availability audits for staff and clients every other month

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent organizational skills
• Compassionate and supportive personality
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Experience in scheduling preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior knowledge of Central Reach
• Knowledge of autism services
• Proficiency in Excel
