Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Team management and duty allocation
Driving Sales to achieve the sales target by doing field and counter sales
Overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring it is fast, accurate and efficient
Developing and implementing company sales strategies.
Ensure the return policy is strictly adhered to and customers complains are resolved in good time
Conducting or ensuring regular meetings and trainings of the team
Showroom inspection
Collecting feedback from clients on products
Making daily sales reports to Finance and the CEO
Coordinating with clients for product distribution and invoicing
Maintaining client relations by doing follow-ups
Tracking sales data to ensure you meet sales quotas
Key Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing
University degree in a business-related course will be an added advantage
2-3 years’ experience in retail/wholesale/distribution in sales unit and 1 in managerial position
A strategic thinker
Experience in digital marketing and data analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to coach and develop a sales team
Excellent leadership skills
Dynamic and a go getter
Strong sense of integrity
