* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

* Meet and exceed assigned monthly revenue targets, contributing to the overall sales goals.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, music teachers and institutions.

• Conduct product presentations and assist customers with onboarding, including training on instrument features.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person, ensuring a quick and effective resolution to any issues.

* Identify opportunities to increase sales by recommending complementary products and services.

* Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling.

* Collaborate with the sales and service teams to track customer orders, coordinate deliveries and provide after-sales support.

• Work closely with the technical team to resolve customer service requests and ensure quality compliance.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for service improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and business insights.
