Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Source and screen potential and qualified candidates through various sourcing channels and cold calling.
Utilize available sourcing platforms effectively.
Create and monitor job postings and candidate engagement content.
Process candidates from Employee Referral Programs in a timely manner.
Conduct initial interviews via phone/video calls and administer assessments.
Schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update trackers accurately and on time.
Submit End of Day (EOD) reports consistently and accurately.
Ensure new hires complete Workday tasks and fulfill pre-employment requirements.
Generate 10 new leads daily and convert 3–4 into hires.
Collaborate with core recruiters on sourcing and recruitment strategies.
Align hiring expectations with hiring managers.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct interviews and assessments professionally.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using recruitment trackers, CRMs, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and meet daily targets.
Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is an advantage.
Flexible, collaborative, and proactive in addressing recruitment needs.
