POSITION TITLE: LOAN SUPERVISOR I

JOB SUMMARY:

Loan Supervisor I is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and performance of loan-related operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational and process efficiency, managing financial risks, maintaining member relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, contributing to business planning and policy development, preparing management reports, overseeing data management, and guiding the development and discipline of loans staff.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Graduate of a Bachelor’s College degree in Commerce or any Business/Accounting-related course

At least 2 years experience as CI/Appraiser

At least 3 years combined experience in Loans Section and Collection & Asset Recovery Section (CARS) – preferably inclusive of 1 year of supervisory experience in financial or lending institution

Strong understanding of loan products, credit risk assessment, and collections procedures.
