Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and smooth office operation and management by providing administrative and clerical support
Perform full range of office support requirements that the specific assignment requires and use judgment in making decisions based on the established procedures and methods
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents based on the needs of the organization and/or any authorized entity
Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation and maintaining organized records.
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
Manage office files, records and other documents
Job Qualifications:
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related filed, or with any equivalent experience
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Also accepts Fresh Graduate
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Must have a professional demeanor and, a strong orientation to customer excellence
