Logistics Specialist

Job Description:

Handle customer after-sales inquiries and coordinate with related departments to provide solutions.

Use and maintain the SAP system for end-to-end order processing, including order creation, monitoring, and payment verification.

Coordinate with production bases to understand production plans, monitor inventory levels, forecast orders, and provide production scheduling suggestions.

Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including shipment arrangement, logistics billing, damage control, and monthly settlement.

Analyze shipment and order data to support the business and channel teams in achieving performance targets.

Familiarize with product specifications, materials, and configuration data to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations to customers.

Job Requirements:

At least 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain support.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is an advantage.

Strong coordination and communication skills across departments.

Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large sets of data (logistics/order).

Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
