Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Lead email marketing strategy across multiple B2B, DTC and eCommerce brands using Klaviyo
· Develop customised lifecycle marketing journeys and flow structures tailored to brand goals
· Build, test, and optimise flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, Re-engagement, etc.)
· Plan and execute segmented campaign calendars aligned with product launches, sales, and brand storytelling
· Advise clients on email content direction, customer segmentation, offer strategy, and retention tactics
· Collaborate with design and copy teams to deliver high-performing email assets
· Monitor deliverability, conversion metrics, and suggest data-driven improvements
· Maintain List and Segment strategy, deliverability and cleanliness
· Stay across trends and platform updates to proactively evolve client strategies
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo in a performance-focused eCommerce environment
• Proven experience driving measurable results from email strategy and optimization
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, automation logic, testing frameworks, and retention strategies
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights and action
• Independent worker with strong ownership mentality and a consultative approach to clients
• Experience working with Shopify and integrating with other marketing tools
• Based in Metro Manila with the ability to work in-office part of the week
