Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and highly reliable Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing inventory operations across all our outlets. Immediate availability is a strict requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory across multiple locations including retail stores and warehouses
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and ensure proper documentation
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Supervise daily inventory operations including stock receipts, transfers, and returns
Implement effective inventory control procedures and best practices
Collaborate with procurement and retail teams to align stock levels with demand
Track aging inventory and develop plans for managing slow and fast-moving items
Use inventory management software to ensure real-time visibility and accuracy
Train and supervise inventory and stock handling staff
Requirements:
BSc or HND in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum of 4 to 6 year\'s experience in inventory or stock management, preferably within a fashion, retail, or FMCG environment
Proficient in inventory management software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems
Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
High level of accuracy, integrity, and accountability
Must be able to resume immediately
Proximity to the job location is an added advantage
