About the internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MA/MSc industrial or organizational psychology students for a 6-month internship opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in the field of employee engagement while contributing to meaningful, data-driven projects. As part of our team, you will assist in the analysis of employee engagement surveys, convert quantitative data into meaningful themes, and support various ad-hoc projects to provide insights into employee performance, retention, and organizational dynamics.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supervise pre-survey and delivery teams.

2. Conduct post-survey demonstrations and train client teams on our application. 3. Identify survey insights and develop action plans for clients.

4. Guide existing clients on quarterly progress and action plan implementation.

5. Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to clients.

6. Develop training programs for managers, leaders, HR, and employees.

7. Assist in designing employee engagement survey questions and modules.

8. Assist with HR tasks such as talent acquisition and other functions.

9. Assist in ad-hoc projects.

10. Work on any other work in your skill or in an adjacent area
