HR Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the total HR management of the store operations from hiring, orientation and training, timekeeping, benefits administration, employee relations, implementation of company policies, rules and regulations and other HR related functions in compliance to the HR Corporate Policies and Procedures.

QUALIFICATION

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related.

At least with five (5) years experience as HR Generalist.

Exposure in HRIS payroll system.
