Primary Responsibility

Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

Completed High School and is currently enrolled in a university or college Internship Course

Minimum of 300 internship hours as required by a university/ college recognized as an academe partner of Optum in the Philippines

Must be in junior or senior/graduating year in university or college degree program related to Business, Human Resources and Behavioral Sciences and other related disciplines

Able to render 100% of internship hours at any of the Optum recruitment centers in the Philippines

Above average academic standing

Not in any disciplinary proceeding or subjected to any disciplinary sanction/s by the school

Fluent in verbal and written communication in English
