Finance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gather and input financial data into spreadsheets and financial systems.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of financial models for scenario analysis.

Monitor and track company expenses to ensure they align with the budget.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights that support business decisions.

Provide administrative support for finance-related tasks, such as maintaining financial records and organizing documents.

Provide accounting and financial technical assistance to internal teams or management.

Respond to requests for specific financial reports or data from internal teams or management.

Assist in preparing financial and operational reports, as well as presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Help ensure financial practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Assist with investment deal structuring and monitoring.

Work under the supervision of senior analysts, supporting more complex financial tasks and projects.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Minimum of a student member of a professional body

3-4 years of experience in business finance or related areas.

Strong knowledge of auditing and reporting.

Strong analytical and data gathering skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong work ethic, independence, and positive attitude.

Advanced computer skills, with expert knowledge in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
