We are seeking a highly capable and commercially astute Business Analyst to bridge the gap between

operational business needs and technical solutions. Reporting to the Head of Business Systems and working

closely with operations, finance, and IT teams, you will play a central role in eliciting and translating business

requirements into actionable configurations, data models, process maps, and reporting dashboards.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, financial modelling expertise, and business process

insight — particularly in the context of HVAC and Electrical business environments. Your ability to engage

stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and deliver pragmatic solutions will drive significant business impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Requirements & Process Design

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyse, and document business requirements.

· Translate requirements into clear, structured process flows, SOPs, and functional specifications.

· Design and optimise workflows within ticketing and work management systems.

· Lead workshops and interviews to understand and document current vs future-state processes.
