Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Business Development Executive. This position involves both field and inside sales activities, primarily focusing on acquisition of new customers through Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) openings. Ideal for freshers and experienced professionals looking to grow in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for current and savings accounts through field visits and telecalling.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Experience in banking, finance, or sales will be an added advantage.

Salary Package:

Freshers: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + attractive incentives.

Experienced Candidates: 20% – 30% hike on the last drawn salary (subject to submission of proper relieving certificate).

Without a relieving certificate, candidates will be considered as freshers.
