· Delivering on set sales targets.
· Developing product or service strategies and identifying growing and emerging markets to tap into potential customer segments.
· The role involves managing customer databases, developing monthly interactions, managing communication, establishing and producing monthly customer reports to ensure high customer retention and compliance with deliverables.
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our tour and travel services.
· Create and manage content for social media platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok).
· Develop appealing social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
· Monitor website traffic and user behavior to enhance user experience.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Previous knowledge of tour packaging and costing will be an added advantage.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
· We are looking for someone with good ethical behavior and integrity.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity and strong understanding of the social media platforms are required.
REQUIREMENTS
· The job requires a diploma in tourism management or equivalent.
· A degree in Tourism marketing or management will be an added advantage.
· A minimum of 6 months of job experience in a tour and travel company.
