Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to ensure clear positioning in the market.
Plan and execute offline and digital campaigns including social media, paid advertising, and events.
Coordinate product and brand activations, in-store promotions, launches, and other experiential marketing efforts.
Build and maintain brand equity by ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
Support the development and performance tracking of new product and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure campaign success.
Champion brand values across all internal and external communications.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
