Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidates must be prepared to travel locally and across borders for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relevant training materials.
Stay updated on company products and industry developments.
Market and sell training courses.
Deliver training sessions and assess trainee performance.
Identify training needs for boiler users.
Maintain BDTC equipment and ensure facilities are clean and operational.
Compile trainee assessments and submit reports.
Follow up on quotations and training-related administrative tasks.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Grade 12.
Boiler Attendance Certificate.
N2 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous).
Valid driver’s license.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Boiler Operator.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.
Computer literacy.
Fluent in English (additional national language is an advantage).
Attributes:
Professional and presentable.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers at all levels.
Strong technical knowledge.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
