Batching Plant Operator

Requirements

Minimum of OND or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2–3 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining concrete batching plants.

Strong knowledge of concrete mixing procedures, weights, and mix proportions.

Ability to operate computerized batching systems and ensure accurate batching.

Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in construction or production environments.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site engineers and supervisors.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in batching equipment.

Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments under varying conditions.

Certification or training in Health and Safety (HSE) is an added advantage.
