AU Motor Claims Assessor (Fleet insurance) | Up to 75K package

The role

Our Australian-based client is looking for an experienced Claims Assessor / Loss Adjuster to review damage to motor vehicles and take responsibility for the assessing phase of the claim’s management process, in summary this role will see you:

Manage an insurance claim, including assessment reports, completion of scope of works and costing estimation,

Interact with Customers, Clients, Trades, and internal staff to build strong relationships and capture critical information to resolve queries in relation to insurance claims,

Conduct your activity in a timely manner,

Prepare your own assessment reports to be sent directly to the client,

Maintain regular communication with Management on technical or customer service issues

Requirements

At least 3 years Vehicle Insurance Assessor, Loss Adjuster or Fleet Insurance experience

Smash / body repair or Panel beater experience advantageous

With AU Motor assessor required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong IT experience

Amenable to work on a Hybrid Day shift at Eastwood Quezon City
