đź—‚ Your Role & Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the property, staff, and overall management—just like the owner would, only better.

Your key duties include:

Managing and coordinating daily operational, staff, and office activities

Preparing weekly reports on key performance and personnel metrics

Developing and implementing systems, staff training, and quality-control procedures

Handling staff contracts and escalations using a “high-trust, high-performance” framework

Ensuring excellent guest service—guests remain the top priority, while you run operations professionally and profitably

Managing vendors, logistics, and administrative resources

Collaborating closely with the owner to support growth and vision in Springbok

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in a management-level role within the hospitality or hotel industry

Any certificate or proof of learning in a specific hospitality skill (e.g., service training, quality control)

Proficiency in MS Office and task-management or bookkeeping systems

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

A leadership style that promotes trust, high performance, and profitable professionalism

A natural flair for people relations and guest service
