Software Trainer

📌 Job Role:

The Software Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in programming languages, software tools, and development frameworks to students and working professionals. The trainer must ensure that learners gain the necessary skills to become job-ready for software development roles in the IT industry.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

Conduct classroom and online sessions on software programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, etc.

Deliver training on Full Stack Development, Web Development, Database Management (SQL/MySQL), or other relevant technologies based on demand.

Prepare training materials, hands-on assignments, and project work.

Curriculum Development:

Design and update course content based on industry trends.

Create module plans, assessments, and case studies to ensure practical understanding.

Student Mentoring & Support:

Provide individual mentoring to students.

Track student progress and guide them through real-time projects.

Offer career counseling and assist with resume preparation and technical interview readiness.

Classroom Management:

Maintain student attendance and discipline.

Conduct periodic evaluations and feedback sessions to assess learning outcomes.

Placement Support Coordination:

Coordinate with the placement team to identify skill gaps.

Upskill students based on placement requirements and job market trends.

Continuous Improvement:

Attend faculty development programs and stay updated with the latest technologies.

Encourage innovation and project-based learning in the classroom.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Additional certifications in software technologies (like Java, Python, Full Stack Development, etc.) are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a trainer or software developer.

Fresher with strong technical knowledge and passion for teaching may also apply.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in at least two or more of the following:

Programming: C, C++, Java, Python

Web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

Backend: Node.js, PHP, Django

Database: SQL, MySQL

Tools: Git, VS Code, Eclipse

Knowledge of real-time projects and software development lifecycle is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching.

Ability to handle diverse learners and guide them effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
