Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in preparing and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
Candidate Management
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
Collaboration and Support
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Assist with onboarding activities, coordinating new hire documentation in partnership with the People Solutions Team.
Administrative Support
Organize and maintain all recruitment documentation and records.
Provide support for various HR-related tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
Willing to work in a NIGHT SHIFT schedule
