We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team
as a Personal Assistant. This role provides administrative support to a senior executive, manager, or individual. Itrequires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
4. Conduct research and gather information
5. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
7. Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
1. Minimum of B.Sc., HND, OND degree in business administration or related field is required.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
5. Discretion and confidentiality
Essential Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
