About the Role

Job Title: Operations Intern (Scanning & Data Coordination)

Location: Mumbai (On-site work required. Schools are assigned based on location and examination schedules.)

Duration: 1 Month (Internship, full-time on examination days)

We’re hiring Operations Interns to help us scan and digitize student answer sheets at partner schools. This is a field internship with a mix of hands-on scanning and interaction with teachers to coordinate any minor issues. Training will be provided.

While the work may seem routine, attention to detail and reliability are non-negotiable as errors can have a domino effect on our platform, impacting thousands of students and teachers. If you’re someone who values responsibility and learning, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Scanning & Sorting:

Receive answer sheets in batches

Separate and organize individual student sheets (untie/staple, place A4 to separate answer sheets based on roll numbers).

Feed batches of 10–15 sheets into the high-speed scanner.

Cross-check output to make sure the number of scanned pages matches the input batch.

Flag and resolve any mismatches immediately.

Split each pdf into individual roll numbers on our platform.

Upload files into the SmartScore dashboard provided.

Teacher Coordination:

Coordinate with teachers to review and finalize answer keys.

Accurately enter approved answer keys into the SmartScore dashboard.

Share teacher feedback or changes with the Tech Team for timely action.

Requirements

Must be punctual, presentable, reliable, and willing to work 4 hour - 8 hour shifts

The days are according to the client school’s exam schedule and is limited within 2 weeks

Comfortable using a scanner and basic Windows computer apps (training provided)

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Must own a laptop

Should be fluent in English or Hindi

Must carry a valid college ID or Aadhaar for verification

₹3,000 for every 5 working days completed
