The Officership Training Program (OTP) is BPI's premiere management training program that equips high-potential individuals with management and leadership skills. It provides a deeper understanding of the Bank's products, services, and business operations to fit and transition readily into entry-level management positions.This job post is dedicated to the STELLAR Student Summit Year 2 Participants.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Active involvement in extracurricular activities

Demonstrated leadership roles within the university or other relevant organizations

Attained a strong academic track record

Majoring in Finance, Business, Management, Economics, or other related fields

Target start date: August 16, 2025 or October 16, 2025

Must be willing to be available onsite for the 6-month training program

Can commute/travel to the BPI Buendia Center Head Office
