Job Summary

Pursue hands-on experience across various departments such as marketing, human resources, information technology, sales, operations, finance, logistics, business development, merchandising, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough analyses.

• Produce findings and draw conclusions from data-driven analyses, presenting both written and oral reports to management.

• Execute tasks directly related to functional projects and process improvements.

• Communicate obstacles and challenges within areas of responsibility.

• Assist in research or special projects across multiple domains to drive business initiatives and achieve objectives.

Nature and Scope

• Work in accordance with established procedures and protocols. Identify and resolve straightforward problems. Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.

• The nature of the work requires general supervision; employs judgment. May be paired with a mentor. Work typically involves regular process checks or review of output by a coworker and/or supervisor.

• May provide guidance/direction to or train junior support personnel.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor setting. Unpleasant conditions are infrequent and not objectionable.

• Frequent periods spent standing or sitting in one location, with some opportunity to move about. Occasionally may require stooping or lifting light materials/equipment (typically under 8 pounds).

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a relevant discipline. Certification may be required in some areas. Generally 0-2 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
