Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions to protect their financial future. This role involves generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales while maintaining a high standard of client service and ethical conduct.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, health, auto, home, commercial).
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, quotes, and sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in training, development sessions, and team meetings.
Qualifications:
ND/NCE/HND/BSC/MSC
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ethical sales practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
