What You´ll Do
Support ticket dispatch and assignment for the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management Team
Update main process files, templates, and desktop procedures to ensure efficient operations
Assign emails within the team's functional group mailbox for timely responses
Complete tickets in SAP HR by handling and processing them accurately and promptly
Initiate continuous improvement projects where applicable to enhance workflow effectiveness
Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support the team's operations smoothly
What makes you a good fit
Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
