Organize training for all employee levels by ensuring the preparation, implementation, and post-training stages run smoothly.
Create training plans and analyze training needs for all employees through a yearly Development Need Analysis (DNA).
Design, coordinate, and run various internal company events.
Create visual and written content to promote internal events (posters, emails).
Conduct workplace culture surveys or employee engagement surveys.
Requirement:
Minimum education: Bachelor\'s degree (preferably in Engineering, Psychology, or Human Resource Management).
At least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Having a Training of Trainer (ToT) certification is a plus.
Proficient in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Willing to travel for business trips.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
