Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Provide strategic data analysis on customer trends.

Strategic Initiatives: Develop customer management and offering strategies.

Reward Programs: Create reward programs for customers and sales force.

Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance trends.

Engagement Management: Manage engagement processes and prioritize business needs.

Research & Insights: Communicate key learnings from research and champion new techniques.

Reporting: Regular and ad-hoc reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, strong analytical skills, proficiency in English.

Experience: Minimum 7 years in business insight management.

Knowledge: Problem-solving, business case development, project management, insurance business knowledge.
