Roles & Responsibilities

Cargo Operations Supervision

Oversee day-to-day cargo handling operations including loading, unloading, and storage.

Ensure accurate tallying and documentation of incoming and outgoing cargo.

Monitor equipment usage and proper handling to prevent damage to cargo.

Team Coordination

Supervise stevedores, forklift operators, tally clerks, and other port labor.

Allocate manpower and resources according to operation schedules.

Conduct safety briefings and ensure staff adherence to safety protocols.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure operations comply with customs, port authority, and safety regulations.

Verify bills of lading, cargo manifests, and other shipping documents.
