Prepare payment, bank transfers and do the bank transactions (Invoice with all supporting document)
Follow up AP Outstanding
List payment and update bank balance
Coordinate, plan, and control cash flow from bills
Manage payment activities such as negotiating with past-due accounts
Manage cash/bank advance outstanding
Prepared daily cash flow
Daily cash expenditures
Job Requirement:
At least Bachelor\'s degree (S1) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Economic or equivalent from credible universities
Have a good understanding of Finance management (Account payable, treasury, banking knowledge)
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field in high volume as Finance Account Payable & Treasury Officer
Having a strong analytical power and high dedication, attention to details, and able to solve any related problems, strong decision making
Proficient in Ms Office (Ms Excel & PowerPoint)
High level attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in team and multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong personality with superior time management and organizational skill
Willing to work at both head office and branches
