E-Commerce Specialist - Infinix

About the role

We're seeking an experienced junior E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our e-commerce channels.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement strategic e-commerce initiatives to expand our online presence and drive sales

Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms, including website content, product listings, and online marketing campaigns

Analyse e-commerce data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce operations with other business functions

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and identify new growth opportunities

Oversee the e-commerce team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods/Telco/Smartphone industry

Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and improving operational efficiency

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer experience
