Job Description

THE ROLE:

Identify and secure sales opportunities in a digital retail environment.

Support our customers throughout all stages of the purchase lifecycle across a range of channels such as tickets, email, live chat, and phone calls

To deliver above-and-beyond customer service experience that is consistent with the brand service standards

Build customer relationships through preparation, attention to detail, efficiency in the customer contact time and how you follow-up.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to resolve customer inquiries whilst adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Maintains a high customer satisfaction score through providing a best-in-class customer service experience

Investigate and resolve customer enquiries in an efficient, timely and professional manner, adopting a customer centric approach.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

A natural people’s person; you can quickly build rapport and achieve department sales goals.

Retail experience is essential to your success in this role.

Familiar with live chat, telephone, social media, and email clients.

An enthusiastic self-starter who is driven to succeed and meet sales targets

Must be available and flexible to work during the week to work morning, afternoons and weekend shifts.

Previous experience with customer care platforms, including but not limited to: Inside, live chat, Instagram and email clients. Experience in D365 order management system, Salesforce and Shopify ecommerce platforms, and other retail technology platforms. Experience in Givex, Paypal, Adyen, Zippay and Afterpay, Applepay. Experience with postal carrier procedures desirable.
