Team Introduction

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

Offline event logistics support

Assist in executing offline events; preparation and organization on D-Day.

Collaborate with cross functions and external parties.

Sales & Client support

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for agency & client engagements, including education/enablement activities.

Research and document client's competitors' advertising activities to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist in preparing client monthly/quarterly business reviews.

Assist in invoice adjustment inquiries.

Ad Operations

Appeal rejected ads.

Assist in submitting troubleshooting tickets.

Project Management

Help managing team projects and timelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Available to work 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months.

Currently pursuing/hold minimum Bachelor degree, any background.

Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Proficiency in language of Bahasa & English in verbal & written.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with TikTok environment.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Self-starter, fast-learner, collaborative, curious, attention to details.

Strong ability of project management.
