About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist with a strong foundation in Technical SEO, and hands-on experience in On-Page and Off-Page SEO. You will be responsible for optimizing our websites for search engines from the ground up—ensuring technical health, delivering on content strategy, and building quality backlinks.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical SEO
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or JetOctopus
• Optimize crawlability, indexability, and site architecture for improved search engine performance
• Implement structured data (schema.org) and monitor Core Web Vitals
• Manage robots.txt, sitemaps, hreflang, canonical tags, redirects, and more
• Collaborate with developers to resolve JavaScript SEO and rendering issues
• Monitor and optimize crawl budget and site performance
On-Page SEO
• Perform keyword research and map intent-driven keywords to landing pages
• Optimize metadata, headings, content structure, and internal linking
• Work with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly copy and keyword usage
• Monitor on-page performance and make recommendations for improvement
Off-Page SEO
• Build and manage backlink strategies aligned with white-hat practices
• Perform backlink audits and monitor toxic links
• Develop and manage outreach campaigns for guest posting and digital PR
• Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles for opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong technical background
• Proven experience with tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering basics, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify)
• Knowledge of site performance optimization, schema markup, and crawl diagnostics
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (content, dev, marketing)
• Familiarity with international SEO, mobile SEO, and algorithm updates is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Google Analytics or SEO-related certifications (e.g., Yoast, Moz, SEMrush)
• Experience with large or enterprise-level websites
• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or multi-language websites
