Job Responsibilities:

• Participates in full software development processes, demonstrating some degree of autonomy and collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure project success.

• Ensures regular development according to departmental requirements, delivering high-quality working software that meets customer expectations with excellence.

• Engages in features-driven development within an agile approach, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions, fostering team collaboration and alignment.

• Contributes to continuous improvement of the team, software, and processes, actively designing, coding, documenting, testing (automated), maintaining, and deploying software efficiently, driving innovation and efficiency.

• Supports DevOps in deploying software, setting, monitoring, and ensuring own performance metrics are met, facilitating smooth and efficient deployment processes.

• Writes clean, sustainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior engineers, following coding standards and best practices, contributing to high-quality software.

• Develops and executes unit tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of the code, identifying and fixing bugs during the development process, ensuring robust software performance.

• Troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex software issues, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently, maintaining smooth and effective software operation.

• Improves technical skills by staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through research and training, ensuring ongoing professional development and innovation.

• Utilizes version control systems to manage code changes, track progress, and collaborate effectively with other team members, ensuring efficient and coordinated development processes.

Minimum required Education:

High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
