Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is essential in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to support our organization's growth. This role encompasses the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to final hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to discern recruitment needs and devise effective strategies.

Design and implement sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.

Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to engage potential candidates.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company culture and job requirements to attract top talent.

Work closely with hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Continually assess and enhance recruitment processes and tools.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and employment laws related to talent acquisition.

Handle sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in U.S. recruitment.

Open to work at NIGHT SHIFT schedule.

Skills and Abilities

Language Skills: Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents; effective verbal and written communication skills.

Reasoning Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage various practical situations.

Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels; adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong recruiting skills, especially in a clinical or behavioral health setting.

Proven ability to partner with hiring managers effectively.

Experience managing candidate pipelines for a smooth recruitment experience.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
