QA Inspector

Job Description :

Verification line clearance process of stage production process at the time of inspection according to the procedure.

Perform continuous inspection and verification for production dispensing until secondary packaging.

Update data of daily inspector activity.

Perform physical testing of the returned product packaging damage.

Perform Quality Risk Assessment activities in accordance with the defined program.

Perform sample receive, storage and updating of index retain sample finished products

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy with experience 1 year in the same field, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Having knowledge of GMP of medical products, cosmetic products, CPOB, CPKB, CPOTB, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22000:2018 and Halal Assurance System.

Good at team work & Communication skill

Able to operate microsoft office (word & Excel)
