Job Description

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketing and operation teams to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions

Build and run processes of manual QA testing

Validate and test a wide variety of technologies and platforms

Verify that real-world use cases and user expectations are simulated and met during the validation process.

Manage bugs and errors reported by customers, including prioritizing, investigating, coordinating resolution, and effectively communicating with relevant teams;

Maintain an exhaustive and up-to-date record of reported issues, their status, resolution progress, and post-resolution analysis;

Perform a thorough root cause analysis of errors and problems to identify underlying issues and help prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

Final Year Student or Recent Graduate with Information System, Computer Science, Law, or equivalent relevant experience.

Experience in data processing using MS Excel is a must. SQL coding will be a plus.

Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross-border collaborations and communications.
